Can you all tell me your opinion on this logo i have tried to keep it simple and just so you know it took me 2 minutes

The main problem is the color of 'Red' for the icon. It may end up printing or appearing more of a pink color. I agree with Laura. It is kind of plain.

Even with a correct Red breakdown for web or print, the transparency will still kill the color and force it to be 'pinkish'. I don't usually do red as a transparent because of the pink reasons.

And Laura gave you the breakdown for a web Red, but for print, your Red should be converted to CMYK and made 100% Magenta and 100% Yellow. Otherwise funky things might happen if you were to really print the logo.

hardan, the logo is good but try and bring it together a bit, its too far apart and looks strange.
