Can anyone give me websites which have good free web hosting where i can transfer my domain free but have standard website hosting

we already have hosting with 123-reg but we only have 100mb webspace and ftp is rubbish and we can't afford to upgrade

What do you want to host surely 100mb is enough for your sites
but i have just bought one of andrew kramers products for about £30 and i am hoping to upload a reel of some motion graphics i have done but they are about 100 mb if anyone could suggest a free video compressor that would be great

can't you upload them to a free video host and them link to them the same way you link to you tube videos
good idea but will they take 60mb files

they are only like 5s long but they are in high definition
