Free but really good web hosting

mate just dont be a cheapskate and buy a decent hosting package - at the end of the day its going to be worth it for a possible long time and a good long term investment, and tbh it really isnt that much money so scrape it up somehow, sell some services or get on ebay

I use GoDaddy.. never had a problem. They are generally not the cheapest, but they are about as reliable as it gets.
1 and 1 is very inexpensive... It depends on what you are tryoiing to accomplish. GoDaddy is one of the only that has a month to month no contract deal too. So that is worth the extra little bit of cash to some people.
