Need Help with this Code..

Hey, I am making anew site, and I got a navbar code for the site, but every time I click on the links it opens up another page. I really want it to navigate simply on the same page, so I was wondering if any of you knew how to edit/add code to this:

In order to navigate on the SAME page.

I can't see the code but i'm assuming that in the code it has target ="_blank" in a few different areas. Change it to target = "_self"

The code to navigate from one page to the next is embedded in the flash document. You need to edit the code inside the flash document.
