Design wise I think the logo could be a bit more simplified, as it seems a little cramped up in that corner. Also I would suggest using a nice flat colour for the login section, as the gradients seem a little overkill.
It might be a suggestion to give a little more information about why someone should really want to sign up, before handing over an email address.

Coding wise, it totally flunked validation with 43 CSS Errors and 78 HTML Errors. It is also worth checking out the Accessibility Report here at Cynthia Says.

I'll echo blueocto in terms of simplifying your layout. You could give more white space to your elements and be more selective with your use of color. You might look at other sign-up style home pages. Twitter comes to mind as a good example.

I think you have a way to go yet. I am not the biggest fan of the color choices you have made, with too much contrast in the gradient levels. Your marketing message wasn't clear to me when I landed on the home page, if it wasn't fr this post, I wouldn't have known what the website was for, and I would have left without finding out more.

I think the logo would look better without the bullet points, The differentiating colors provide enough distinction

And you mine as well jump on the gloss bandwagon and gloss up them green buttons, make them more... "click me"
