In photoshop yes, there should be a few options, CMYK, RGB, Greyscale and duotone etc.

Do you mean where the image only contains 2 colours - Black and White (no more andno less) rather than various shades of grey?

I am guessing the only way thios is possible is by cutting down the nymber of availabel colours available in the pallette to two and the applying it to an image.

Sorry, that meagre pieace of info is the best I can offer.

I even tried changing the attributes of a picture in MS Paint to black and white - this worked with varying degrees of success - seems to work better with gifs rather than jpgs (?)

This might help somehow.

I forgot or you can change it to a bitmap usually works in black and white.

No wonder you're tired Sammii you haven't been to bed in 43 hours, close down the fantastic Graphic Design Forum, Put Down the Coffee, Turn of the Machine...and Count some sheep.

LOL Yeah I am gonna go snuggle up to my teddy. Good Night Toon and everyone but I'll be back to bug you all tomorrow. :O)

Ps In Photoshop tp change to gray scale you go to the menu bar at the top and click Image>Mode>Grayscale When asked if you want to discard information click yes and hey presto a greyscale image.

You might know how to do this already but jusst in case.

Night All X
