Tabbed Sidebar Navigation

Hi all,

I am doing a redesign for one of my sites and would like to use a tabbed sidebar with Wordpress to organised and promote the different content above the fold( while keeping the links available for the SE's). One tab might be Recent Posts, Comments etc. Another could be Featured Content or other

links lists.

I have read up a load of stuff about Domtabs, Tabber and other combinations of CSS and JS.

Who has experiences of this they would like to share. So, Wordpress, quick loading, accessible, SE friendly, - oh and easy to implement for someone who doesn't really enjoy coding that much.
