Like this one?? (hope you have a handle on photoshop!!)
I created a white box, added a new empty layer, made an oval selection on the blank layer, filled it with black and then gaussian blurred it (about 7px).
Made a new empty layer above the black blurred oval, selected half of it and filled half the box with white.
Re positioned the blurred oval so it looks like a shadow.
Select the section of black oval that is still showing, copy and paste to a new layer. (make sure the new layer is the top)
Drop the transperancy down to maybe 8 on the newest layer, rotate 180 degrees and re position afew pixels above the white box layer.
