Ok, so do I have the potential...?
This guy is my idol:
sergitosuanez on deviantART He makes the coolest mascots and logos! I hope I have the potential to be as good as he... StiligeCecilie on deviantART Lol... Any feedback on this? Am I over my head here? EDIT: I was supposed to post in another forum, I don't know how to delete :P

Looked really good to me! Nice vector work and shading on those cars. Were there any others specifically you wanted us to look at? I don't think you are over your head. Just keep at it! Great work!

Yeah pretty good illustrator work, youve got the skills to use the tools, now you just need to develop a strong style, and try drawing up something engaging... volvos are not cool... so not cool!

Looks OK....And I agree with ranchero80. Volvos are too dry...Women in swimsuits, now that's art.

~sergitosuanez is a very talented artist, and it is always good to be surrounded by inspirational art, design and illustration - I find it encourages to make oyur own work better!
As said above, you've definately got the basics skills down, its just a case of adding more to your images, going into some nice details, maybe try and do a 'set' of work that follows a theme... imagine someone purchasing your art and hanging it in their living room... deinfately something to work towards! So stick in!! :)

I think anyone that can be half as good as sos newbie, would have to be awesome. Great work. and their tutorials on their site are brilliant. I've been following their feed for quite some time.
That being said, your work looks like it has potential, just keep practising your designs and you wil keep getting better one day at a time.

Thanks guys! I always have this feeling that I'm not good enough all the time, so I'm always worried when I get jobs... Hehe..
And about Volvos: I am a big Volvo fan, I own a Volvo, my boyfriend is a big Volvo fan, he also owns a Volvo and a lot of Volvo fans online are fan of my Volvo work :P
