Default Compressing files

Hi

I have completed a brochure for my first long distance client. Now I need to e-mail the files to her. Can somebody tell me what is the proper format to send them in order for her to be able to print them out in her office printer. After that I will need to send them to a professional printer. I heard they want things a certain way also. Can somebody please help?

Thanks, I'll do that. What about for a professional printer? Do the same?
