Call footer in index.html

I want to call this code in index.html

Because I want to use one footer in whole website.
How can I do this in .html page????

yes you cant do it, you need a database scripting behind it, i do this with PHP and have alot of things set as includes such as navigation, footer, headers etc...very simple for me to update clients whole sites in one or two clicks, download xampp and have a look at how good it is
