Hi all
I have an unusual problem that I don't have the solution for.
I am working on a image selling site whose shop "titles" are his image filenames. Now, having got him to create filenames that don't break the PHP or other important stuff, I have some long filenames that don't fit in their space (nested tables of a legacy shop system - don't ask).
In IE, the long names (all without spaces) just break in two and wrap to the next line. This doesn't stretch the table layout and keep the look nice and ordered.
Having looked around online, seems like FF doesn't break up words like this and only wraps if there is some whitespace in the text. Which seems logical but it unprettys the layout a bit.
Does anyone have a miracle idea of how I work this one out without asking client to rename 1000's of images. This is the only solution that I can think of. Apart from just letting this one go by(which I did for a while until he told me he was about to get FF).
