This is a good point, i to am in the same problem where most of my work i cant show as it was done under the name of my previous employer, even though it was me that designed and coded it.
So for my web dev and web design portfolio page im just going to bite the bullet and put up the only 2 i have.
Thankfully i believe them 2 that i have are enough to show i am right for the job, but im also going to have black sections with just a cheeky line like: "You could be here" or "Want to be in this space?"
When people click on them they go to my contact form.
I think it's the only thing we can do until our folio's bulk up. I would rather show 2 fantastic jobs that i had total involvement in rather than 10 jobs when i barely touched them, cause then when/if they ask questions regarding them jobs and we just stutter as we know nothing about them, THAT looks worse than only having a small portfolio.
