Default more blog help (no norks)

On my blog at the moment when i put up a post on the main home page it will read the WHOLE post.

How can i make it only show a certain amount of words or lines of text and then just have a read more button to go off and show the whole post?

Bit like:
N.Design Studio - Blog & Design

See how Nick does it on there? Would be great if i could have that.... anyone know how to?

Cheers ears

Gav

Customizing the Read More « WordPress Codex

There's gotta be a widget, I would imagine. But this explains several methods on how to manually insert it in your page

In the article editing UI there's a "More" button next to the "Insert Image" button.

Click that with your cursor wherever you want the article to break.

Just open all the .php files from the 'themes/yourtheme' folder in Notepad++ or DW and run a find (Ctrl+F) for "read more of this post". Run the find operation on all open files obviously, and you'll find it easy enough.
