i recently found YUI and so far i just love it . You can select body width classes: 750px, 950px, 985px(i think), and 100%. They also added grid and nested grid classes width standard column sizes, + font manipulation which defulats to Yahoo! typography.
Great feature is their "reset" library, it resets ALL html elements, works much better than using (*).

Yeah.. Toon tried to get me to take a look at it. I went through their website and the information was so scattered that I had a hard time sitting down and reading it. Any info you wish to pass on as far as the information you found would be greatly appreciated.

Well it's pretty self explanatory, i mean there is a small learning curve, but comparing to how clean your style sheet will look like and the amount of time this library will save you, it's nothing.
Follow this link: Yahoo! UI Library: Grids CSS and watch the video, one of Yahoo coders explains some main stuff about CSS library, then just read a bit about what classes do what (all this info is on the same page ).
+ Yahoo! is very generous, they provide us with cheat sheets
