hmmm...graphically it's quite good but whether it'd be user-friendly when finished, I don't know. It seems to lack professionalism in my opinion, but I suppose it could be fine depending on whether the people you are developing the site for want an informative website or a clear professional looking website.

So I have mixed opinions on that design if i'm honest.

I think it's a really nice design, but like someone else said its not 100% professional, but it depends on what the client wants. I much prefer this design to the website design that toon pulled up, its much less fussy and simpler design. good luck either way.
