Default advice on my portfolio...

hi, im workin on a 12 pg (cover, bio, 8 commercial & 2 fine art pieces) portfolio for school and i jus had a few questions. most of my pieces are vertical and 2 are horizontal, including a website. how should i present it? i thought since most of my pieces are vertical i go w/ 8 1/2 by 11 and for the ones that are horizontal id have the description of the art (left page) and the art horizontal so u would need to turn the book sideways to see it. does that sound ok?

thanks

i'm no expert but that sounds good to me, as long as it's neat and clearly laid out i think it will be great :)

I'd scan them. that way you'll have consistancy over the picture, then adjust the levels/colours as you see fit...

Yeah I agree scan them, if you can afford to pay for drum scanning (repro) get it done that way it'll give you the best result
