Default I need help about cmyk colors

hi
I work as operator of outdoor printing machine , the problem face me is
if there is a spot of color the collection of
percentage of ( cyan + magenta + yellow + black ) 4 colors
over than 320 the ink flow and the printed panel destroyed
"we know that the 4 colors are 400"

I want any help to make script select the spot which color is over than 320
and alert me with message

you want a message to alert you when your ink flow gets over 320?

Theres already software out there that can do this.... But i aint worked in repro now for sometime so i cant remember what its called. I think it might have been something on the prinergy workflow software, but i ait 100%. If i remember i'll re-post.
