Default Colour Separation - help please!

Hi

For my graphics gcse folder i need to use colour separation on my dvd cover design (i.e. CMYK)

I heard you can do this on adobe photoshop but unfortunately i can not because i have a rather old version installed on my computer...

does anybody know of any other programs that you can do this on?
