Annual Report Inspiration Needed!

"I am a little fish who has just been thrown into a huge pond... no wait... an ocean."

Being brand new to the world of design, I have only created several print documents over the past few months. As one of the only design-conscious members of my university's business competition team, I have been asked to create an awesome annual report to present at a national exposition in May. For the past two years, our reports have been award winning, helping us place first at the nationals to move onto the world cup competition. Needless to say, there is a lot riding on this report.

The amazing, resident designer who made the award-winning reports in the past has graduated and since left the team to begin their career. So here I am, attempting to fill the void of this super experienced designer.

It's not a matter of doing it (I am getting the hang of indesign) but it's a matter of coming up with a tight concept.
I need inspiration, suggestions, helpful websites, anything to get my mind firing off some cool ideas.
