Hi all,
I'm a student for public policy. I am not a graphic designer. We are doing a poster on a the deparment of welfare and public services on youth at risk. We need an idea for the poster... the subject is what are the influences of privatizations of the hostels for youth at risk?

We tought of showing a swing with a shadow and no kids and to write with big letters-- where are the children??

That sounds like a really good idea. I would make the everything black and white and then the sky in color and make the font really neat so it stands out
