help regarding translation of web pages

I have web site. I want to translate web site according to the GEO location of
country.What type of functionality should be add?

Well firstly I'd make sure the english or whatever language you're starting with is correct; translation sites will suffer otherwise. I think google offers and in-built language this for websites?

Like any user open site in country france .The Language is to be french and if any user from Germany that site is to be in language German.
