Default Compressing JPGs in photoshop?

I have a RAR file with about 300 or so JPGs, I used JPG optimizer to compress them but it screwed them up big time. Is there a way to compress them in Photoshop? Not one by one but all in one go???

Thank you!

There should be something in the batch commands for that. Or you should be able to do it once, while recording the action, then replay over the rest.

you can create an action that will save for web and/or resize to whatever you want. But it'll use the same compression settings for every image and you might not want that depending on what the images are.
