They look a bit like electrical symbols. Maybe it's old hat, but I always think about growing things when it comes to landscaping. Unless you're landscaping electrical things... :-)

That is the thing, They want to stay way from the whole idea of planting. Most people think of flowers plants when they hear landscape architecture when actually it is a lot more like architecture.

Anyways I am back to the drawing board, thanks for feedback so far!

Well then perhaps think more on the archtecture side of things. A building feature (like some architecturaly flair) a skyline or something more abstract? There are plenty of ideas to go with, without even touching plants.

Also no one seemed to mention planting.
