Nice and clean, nothing fancy, but it's great for a starterlayout. Question: the link 'Our freinds', is that a typo or was it meant that way?

Kind of boring. You miss the call to action (the input form) because of the google ads. You should try to maybe put that in a sidebar or something, because having the external links before your actual purpose of the site is kind of pointless. You are almost intentionally driving users away.

A little color, or some imagery wouldnt hurt, after all you are marketing a file & image hosting site. Maybe some icons?

however I would recommend you tried using
one more colour something that would complement
