I have no idea what I am looking at. hah not to be mean, I just do not understand the language...

Is betting on Soccer?

The language is irrelevant ifoh, it would only be the same as latin?

I do agree however that it's hard to know what we are looking at. Plus I imagine a lot of this sort of site's issues might be in useability. As a design it does not scream awful at me. The logo is maybe a tad small at the top and seems to float in the middle for no reason.

Is this live or in testing as html/php/web language?

I think it's arabic, since the text is from right to left. For a soccer betting website the design is pretty good, but it should be focused more on usability as that's what someone is searching when they enter such websites. The logo area should be worked on.

nah, zumo I agree, I was just joking around.

As far as real criticism, things appear to have equal weight. Which is not a good thing when trying to direct your users through the site. You need to work on some sort of visual hierarchy. You really lose it in the header. All the gray.
