It's good although I would like to see it with a bit more contrast. Maybe the griffin should be red ... It would go on well with the gray shades.

I like it, simple, easy to use, clear and concise. Love the mouse overs they are a nice touch. I do agree with incorporating a dash of some spicy colour :D

Well it seems pretty clear that I should change the colour on the logo. I will experiment with that now and let you know.

Reminds me of Freelance Switch. It's very clean and I like all the little details rollovers (and check mark) in navigation and such. The gold and grey go really nice together.

One suggestion: all the subheaders are exactly the same, I think at least one needs to draw the most attention. Right now when I first land on a page (particularly the homepage), I am pulled in a few different directions because of the subheaders for each section; I'm not sure where to look first.
