Not sure about the gradients? Maybe do the address text in the same face as "Friday Night Admission"... Do you have to do a white background? Wonder how it'd work on charcoal / black, with the logo reversed?

Maybe try punching another image of the girl out of the pale pink circle to break it up a bit

Nope just catching up on old stuff, didn't realise how many posts I'd missed

The blue in your subsequent 2 versions didn't seem to emote as well as this above. If i think day when i see a nightclub flyer something is probably 'off'.

I like them for the only reason that all nightclub flyers are in black, as the person above stated black kind of reminds you of night, but why be like everyone else. White for a change I say

This is true, most are. I'm all for breaking tradition, being original, taking risks. If white is the risk to take, then the lower-right section is where I'm feeling iffy. The large color-gradient red feels flat and weak. As a solid color, or slightly color-textured (possibly layer masking or dodging), it might anchor the work.

Pink/red hues, as it roughly is now, with white could work wonderfully.

If the silhouette can be altered, something more dynamic might help too. My first thought was what would it look like if her head was sweeping right-ward with a flock of hair racing left-ward, tangling, intertwining, and itself dancing?

Wait, that might be too stripper-esq! Or Ipod-esq...
