Navigation Critic needed
Hi all I am working in a New website and want to try a new navigation system (I am bored with tabs and menus, etc)
I need to kow is this navigation is usable, intuitive, ect. You see a live sample at: kontaex - the way we work today Please if you find any error in your browser please, tell what browser are you using. Thanks in advanced Jose E.

Nice idea works fine in Firefox, I'd like to see some background to it a little like behance's

you need to make the rollovers more visible and rollover navigation selection is quite annoying.
it's 30 seconds of confusion and frustration, then the visitor leaves.
