I'm not too sure why the menu needs to be a flash file but the layout seems fine to me.
Could the logo be enlarged any more the text isn't all that clear at that size?

that logo's only there untill i can scrape together the cash to get one made.
have tried myself a few times but i was never satisfied. The nav is flash cos i dont know how to use JS yet

You don't need JS for the nav. CSS is what you need. I've got a similar nav going on here, you can have a peek at the source if you want.

i've noticed from previous clients that just because you pay a lot of money for a logo doesn't mean that you will like it anymore than one you do yourself.
be careful in getting a logo made.
