The designs nice and it's coded well, not a fan of the scrolling, there seems to be a long list of text on the home page that people won't read and can't pick an awful lot out by scanning it.

Nice design but i would change your list images
At the moment it looks like a nice list, but with the number '1' next to everyone. You should either make it dynamic or change to text

I like the design.. also agree with Toon.. there's too much scrolling.
Minor things.. thoughts is not spelled thaughts Also, I would either fix or remove the Valid CSS part... W3C CSS Validation: FAILED 4 Errors
