The handwriting font (flash animation) doesn't fit the rest of the typography for the site.

Most of the text is generic. If you've worked with a big name -- then name it. If you've done certain work, spell out what you did.

Why are the fontypes different in the flash and html site? I really suggest opting for one look for this, preferably the fontype you used for the flash.

Some spacing/kerning for your tabs are needed. I quite commend you for pulling off this green and violet scheme. Its very refreshing and lively.

I also suggest putting captions for each work. The business or the website's name perhaps. A little introduction or paragraph about the work you've done for them is also good.

I would agree with the comments thus far, the typography needs some work. Why did you choose the handwriting font? If you have a good reason, keep it, otherwise, I would probably choose something a little more professional, like what you've used for your "... with our designs" stuff. I like how you've carried your green and purple theme with that slideshow of images.

Want a real critique? If not, stop reading. Please don't take this personally, I'm just letting you know what I think.

1. Why the pen? What does it mean? What does it add? It makes the whole site remind me of a postcard. If that's what you're going for then, great! Keep it!

2. Can you make a scrolling text box instead of having that "next" link? It's annoying.

3. All the little animations when a new section loads is too much. They are unnecessary and distracting and I would probably just get frustrated that everything takes so long and just leave. You don't want potential clients to do that!

4. In the portfolio, after I've "clicked the squares to obtain a full view" that text needs to change to say "click the image to return to the squares" or something. You can't assume people will know how to use your unconventional navigation.

5. Don't justify your text. It creates strange spaces (rivers/lakes) in between words.

6. If you're going to use the paperclip, make it consistent. It doesn't match with the other purple ticks in the other corners. Use it somewhere else in the design. The one just makes things look odd.

7. Perhaps it's not done yet, but under Illustration Design, none of the links to see the images work.

8. The slideshow text in the Intro section--watch your kerning. The transition from bold to light text is odd. You need spaces.

I hope you've come for some honest critique and not just to hear how much we love the site! Don't be discouraged, though. These suggestions will just take your designs to the next level (which is what you want right?)

Ehh... and one more thing? Is this really a company or just you freelancing? Don't mislead people if it's only you. There is nothing wrong with a single freelancer. And as much as we all hate it, test your site in IE6. You don't want to turn away clients because your site isn't playing nice!
