I'm not a fan of the black background or lack of margins. However, the sections are nicely arranged and have good headings. The click to view feature is nicely implemented.
Overall the site does well to stay in the background and let the focus fall onto the work.

Don't have much to say really other than to nit-pick.
It's spelled 'disciplinary', not 'disiplinary'. And creative is an adjective, either put a noun after it or else change the sentence to something like "Multi-disciplinary creative design"
