Worked fine here, FF (Mac), only thing I did notice is...

Code:

You have 2 tags this could cause problems.

the only problem that I can see in firefox is the line at the bottom, is that meant to be floating on the left hand side? but good start, could do with livening up a bit though...

Well, it looks not bad, actually. And I also liked the idea of your website. :) Hopefully one day we'll find a lot of useful tips there. I am not sure about this bottom line as well and whether it is floating on the left hand side for me as well. I also think that you should make your website a little bit brighter with some images or pics, or just change a background.

thanks Jenni for your opinion.

I'm definately going to make sure over the next couple of months that the site is more enjoyable.

As for the brighteness issue, your right it is too dark. But i've come to notice this viewing the site on other desktops and laptops, and I found what I was seeing on my desktop was not the same as most others (perhpas my gamma on my video card is too high). I think i can fix this be using web safe colors for the design, rather then using the photoshop color gardient scroller.

the horizontal line in the footer, as carrotnapper and jenni said is floating left in firefox2.0 but is centered (and looking better) in ie7
