Hi Ashok, nice site although my one criticism would be to make the webpages you've got listed at the bottom into actual links so that a potential customer can just click and view rather than having to copy and paste the site address in - people are lazy and like things to be as convenient as possible.

Nice and easy to use.
Add an iefix.js file to get rid of the Active This border on your Flash swf (this occurs in IE). Search google for iefix.js. This will look much more professional then.

I am not really feeling the blue background - I personally do not like blue/dark blue backgrounds unless they are like a light blue. That is just my personal taste.

Set body to min-height:100%. On my 20" monitor the page ends abruptly where the content does. It leaves a white band at the bottom. Welcome btw.

It's quite a nice website and as for me, blue background is not that bad at all. I agree with brokendalek on the point that you should make the list of websites to actual links. This would be much more convenient for your visitors.

A normal website. Nothing special actually - just the classical elements and layout.
If you want to impress someone as a webdesigner do not be a barefooted shoemaker.
