Dislikes/Needs Improvement:
The content background, idk what that is supposed to be a tree or paper? I'm not sure.
The Sponsoship opportunities, I know what you're trying to achieve, making it stand out and eye catching, but with its current colors, it seems to dominate the page.
The photos of the african children, they are kinda low quality, and I think it detracts from the website. Use a cheap stock photo website and see if you can't find something of better quality. Most only cost $2-5 for good pictures.
Over all I like the design. Its very fitting, just needs some tweaking if you will.
