Logo update + text

I'm liking the shape of this little bird. It seems to be simplistic enough to make it work, but ones again i would like your opinion :)

Well I can tell you have been hard at work, and it has definitely progressed greatly. I'm not sure about the tail section of the bird, it looks very much like a bone or something, not really a tail....perhaps that is the shape of the birds rear end though, I'm not sure.

I have been playing a lot with the tail. I want to make it a bit more elegant, but i also don't want to add much more lines.

I do like this one the most and i think this concept could work just perfectly. I just have to play with it to optimize it a bit more.

No offense, but to me it looks like what if a chicken thigh grew on trees :D, which would be quite awesome:

Another thing, the angle looks weird to me, I can't tell whether its flying or falling. Also, the head direction does not match that of the body the tail should be tilted a bit to match the wings.

may I ask what kind of a bird is it? and mind me if I was too harsh but maybe, just maybe try a simpler angle like the ones I demonstrated above.

Well, its a very good logo and you can add some animation it it too so that it can look more attractive and the text written on it so that there is a very good combination between the text and the animation of the logo....

looks really good i cant fault it apart from the rear of the bird looks like a bum.
