New geek site to launch soon...need feedback

Sorry for bumping again but I was wondering if there are any comments about the new look of the site including the new logo I had a graphic designer make.

I like the new logo, looks pretty good. The site definitely has more color. I go back to one of my original comments and that is the background and forum body are almost the same color, maybe increase the contrast a little.

I not into the Read More arrows...too big and the text is too large, needs more breathing room. maybe the text and a small arrow next to it?

The rollovers for the upper left nav are too heavy. Try a very light orange fill, and slightly darker orange border. And maybe loose the text decoration (underline).

All in all looks better, good job.

As forums go, it looks fine. It doesn't look great, but it looks ok. I have registered.



I may not stay.

Thanks for the ideas. I'll see about doing some of them. I'm pretty much as done as I want to be with the skin, I've changed it 3 times now LOL. I'm happy with it, but I may make the background not blend so much eventually.

One other thing I forgot to mention. The inclusion of more than one 'Captcha' in the registration form seems like overkill.

I did not realize there was more than one in the registration. A hack I installed must of put one there and I did not know it was included. I'll check it and see. Thanks for letting me know.
