Better logos shrink them down a touch they're too in your face at that size go for 450px max they will more clarity

i think it's too much space between the two words, and the r and the d as well, could work pretty good if you fixed that imo.

Major problems with the logo is when you see the circle you straight away assume it's a wheel.

The logo itself looks a little bit like a tractor, that was my first impression when looking at it and then I seen Keely's comment.

I think your reflection goes to low. It takes away from rinke design. Maybe just try a reflection on the rinke design and not the logo part. By the way, does that design above the rinke design text mean or is it supposed to be anything in particular?
