i'd lose the reflection totally - its had its day. It was smart when it first came out and can still make things look good but what wither apple's use of it and therefore a pletha of other copies, its quickly over used now.

i think u need to start again to be honest, if not change the font of the text below the logo, you dont need the same font for both logo and text, will be better if you use a simular font, hope this helps
