I'm afraid it's very poorly built. Not the standard I'd expect of a web design company this side of '99.
Poor, inconsistent, invalid, deprecated code. Inaccessibly built with tables and a scarily crazy amount of divs:

That navigation menu needs the cursor:default; removing from the CSS (any reason why you're serving CSS so weird? http://www.technicweb.com/Skins/WebR...89314572827500 - that seems really pointless). Serve CSS as CSS.
Didn't look past the homepage.
Back to the drawing board methinks, in terms of build.
