Take a look on design studio, working site and new variation of design

It took a lot of time to do...Though I feel something is not right there.

Image attached is a new design variation for my site.
How do you think which one the best? existing or the new one?

They are both very good web designs, I think I like the newer one a little bit more. The "are you looking for a new web solution" area is a good idea (and the visual is great) - but how many people are going to click on it if they aren't interested?? You might be better off with a click here if you are interested in a new web solution.

I am thinking a lot right now about this "are you looking for a new web solution"... And in general if person does not interested in any of services - it is senseless for him to visit whole site... Because other pages - are not unique...this is like one of the million studio on the web.

on the first look it would agree with ezie, but from SEO perspective i would prefer the current one with more information on the homepage.

I've seen this before. I think you should put some flash around where that girl is. Something to spice up the site.
