On Top Of The World Logo.

Hello Guys And Gals

Some of you may have seen that there is a competition on Logosauce for a radio show called On Top Of The World.

I had ago at some rough designs and although it doesn't fit the clients brief perfectly this is what i came up with:


I am pleased with it although I have not yet uploaded it as i would like some criticism first.

Edit: Ill still upload it but its not going to win because when i checked the radio show was just "top of the world" ill have another go later. but yah i still want views

I would lighten up the drop shadow, also as it is a bit muddling. Also, the white breaks in the font makes it a bit hard to read.

the white breaks? and do you mean reflection when you say drop shadow?

I think Troy is referring to the breaks in the letters of 'Top' and such.
I agree that you should lighten the reflection - my mind gets a bit confused and doesn't know where to look.
I'm a little confused, though. What is the "O" supposed to be or signify? I'm sure it will be completely obvious once you tell me, I'm just not sure I really get it now.

Im its along story. alot of people say they don't get it so I'm thinking of scrapping it completely. to break it down it sort of represents each idividual part of media and the likes and how they come together to build one big thing. ;)

Will this be for a car racing site?

If it is, the O is understood. Yeah, just like others said, work on the breaks. The 'p' on the 'top' is more like 'f'.

a car racing site? no but if i evr do need to design a logo for a car racing site. i'll keep this logo in mind :P

drop the reflection - far too over done for s tart and also not right for this at all.

Explain your thinking behind it... why have you gone for this idea? I am interested to here that before I say anything...

I already said my idea is a long story i made it shorter a few posts up ^^^
