my company business card/logo design critique

Hello everyone,

I have been assigned the task of creating an updated look for our architecture firm. We mostly do multi-family house and historical preservation work. This is what i have for the business card with the new logo compared to what we currently have. I was wondering if i could get some feedback/opinions on the card.... more importantly when i try and take the design and create a universal logo for all of our marketing stuff its falling way short and need serious help because this has been me for some time now

I actually quite like what you have done.
I would suggest getting a logo together first..then manipulate it into a brand
If you go this way round i think you might struggle a bit..it just seems like a the hard way...

I agree with Nick, very effective, my only though was to make the text size a little smaller.

Big improvement. I much prefer the new keys, and I like how you played with the angle of the A and y. Very effective.

Thank you for all the comments. Your positive comments are motivating for me. I attached an image including some of the places where are logo is used. This is where I feel thinks start to fall apart. I thought I would post my most recent attempt and see what everyone thinks. The business card has changed slightly... was wondering what you would recommend for the text size Toon?

What people don't realize is you can go incredibly small with type on a business card address without it being an issue, the last lot I did used 5.5pt text, what is your at?
