logo for a new modelling agency

Any crit on the logos would be helpful....also does anyone know of anything similair that exists already?

Is that "eau" as in water in French or is that initials? If it's the word, I'd tighten up the kerning on example one. If it's initials, I'd use all caps.

I'd say your solution is somewhere between the two examples. I like the height of the first and the stroke width of the second.

That said, the "a" in both examples are trouble though. Particularly in the second one is a bit too abstract to say "a" in this context. The first looks a little too much like a backwards "6" to my eye.

Also, I'd drop the heart, unless there's something, um, adult to modeling involved.

I would have said the heart on its side reminds me of the brand "morgan" or the french version "morgan et toi".

Hey, sorry no the company's called beau, their models are involved in tasteful glamour shoots. I thought of turning the heart on it's side using it as the B, too abstract?

And yeah I checked out the morgan logo, there are similarities.

For me, the logo is more of a logo of a clothing line than a modeling agency.

I prefer the lighter, skinnier font to the dark font. The kerning on the dark font needs some tweaking.

I like the idea of the heart as the 'B', but I don't think it works the way you currently have it. It doesn't pop out as a B, it's just a sideways heart. You could try putting dots inside the heart to make it more b-like, but I don't think that would turn out so great. I prefer the heart within the 'b'.
