really clean... I like the logo as a highlight in the background..i agree the text might be a little bit small....good stuff
The text is 8pt which is more than big enough I've gone done to 5.5pt on business cards before

It might just be the white out, plus I always find it a bit tricky on screen compared to an actual printed copy anyway.

Did the brief restrict you in anyway?
For myself - I don't get a sense of fun from it, though it does look professional
I think the logo image on its on does not say Carnival World to me, in fact even the words carnival world just look a little lifeless
If I had a free hand - I would probably have worked on something with the word Carnival, and not had an extra graphical element - but thats just at first glance
At the same time you have utilised the graphical element well on the other side of the card
Then again, since I am the odd one out here - what do i know :)
I'm sure the client likes/ will like it
