Tenga - logo critique

OK, first of all here is a description of what Tenga is all about :)

"Tenga is a multimedia company thriving to innovate and provide new media experiences to internet users all around the world.

Royalty Free Stock Flash Community | flashgarden, the first project of Tenga, was launched in the middle of 2008 as a new way for flash designers and developers to monetize their work."

"Tenga" is a japanese word meaning refined, grace, elegance and also Milky Way.

I and Mirek Kodes aka "fellah" are now trying to make a recognizible yet simple and elegant logo for our newly founded company and I will be very thankful for all you comments and suggestions :)

First of all, just for reference, I attached some of out earlier sketches and then two revisions of our latest/final one...

What do you think? Which one of the twon shoudd we use? Or do you like some of the older ones? Or is everything simply bad? :) Thnx a lot for any comments...

Of the last two, I like the last one the best, easier to read when small, and I like the "e" and "g" best there.

But...with the background you've given on the name, I don't know if that's the feeling I get while looking at those two logos. Not to say I don't like them, because I do, I just don't get that feeling you described earlier.

The third one i read tAnga and with that star i thought about a brand for bikini or something related to woman. Definitely not a multimedia company.

The 'g' is hard to read like that. You can't tell if it is a '9', '6', 'q' or 'g'.

So overall you would vote for the 4th one? Do you think it conveys the idea of elegance and grace and at the same time is acceptable for a multimedia company?

I tried to start over and work with some new ideas a some of you suggested... Here are 3 logos I thought of for now. What do you think?

I like the three layered stars on the first one although I prefer the font you used here...
