There's an awful lot wrong with it.

• The Splash Page
• Built with tables
• Way too many slices
• Slow Loading
• No text hierarchy
• Poor for spiders to read
• Badly written meta data
• Internal scrolling that isn't needed
• Bad use of the browser width

I would have a look at some style galleries to learn how to bring it up to date and learn a little css for styling the site better

in addition to Toon's comments, whats up with the logo size...on the splash page (which isn't necessary) it's too small, and on the main pages its wayyyyyyy too small, and it should be present on the top, as opposed to hiding it on the bottom, it's the most important visual aspect of the company, and should be shown on the website.

Also, I wouldn't underestimate the importance of good semantic markup (validated (x)html). Looks like this was done with a WYSIWYG (maybe dreamweaver?) and it will make it a lot harder to get good organic search ranking down the road, especially with some recent announcements about their future effect on algorithms.
