Hi all

I've just completed my first personal portfolio website and would really appreciate your critique!

Thanks.

I'm not quite sure what is being achieved here. You've got tons of javascript in the head but all I'm seeing is a blank black page with 3 words and 2 links, I understand that clicking the link brings up your work but what does all the js do and what is the point in having a blank page as your entrance?

looks like some cross browser capability scripting.

I think you should go with the "secondary" page design and create a landing page. The current landing page doesn't really do much and a lot of people may just navigate away.

I know a lot of designers think about how a website looks, which is important. But perhaps the most important thing is providing information for you clients that they don't have to dig for.

As far as the javascript. I'm not sure why you need it. That can be bad because a lot of people have js disabled. The same effects you get with js can be done with pure CSS, including the form that you have for a quote (which doesn't load in FF3 fyi).

Just some thoughts.
