Can I ask a small question but why black? It's not the kind of color I would associate with the positive and healthy image of a personal trainer, I would have thought more lighter pastel colours maybe, fresh and revitalizing

i actually love the colours, and the style, th only thing i really dont like is the blurred navigation feature, lose it and your onto a winner

cheers ukian, nav was requested to be like that after he saw my home site. So kinda have to stick with it.

I like the colour scheme and the header but agree with the blurred nav, its annoying a little bit but if the client wants it....
Try to talk to him/her, you never know.

The only other thing I don't like is the log because it seems a completely different style to the site. Its not bad per se jsut not in line.
